Avon Skin So Soft Bug Guard


Bug season is here!  Protect your family from mosquitoes and other bugs with Avon Skin So Soft Bug Guard Plus Insect Repellent.  Avon Skin So Soft Bug Guard is tough on bugs while it is gentle on the skin.  All Avon Skin So Soft Bug Guard formulas are DEET-free and use alternative formulas of either Picaridin or IR3535 to repel insects.  They come in both scented and unscented forms.

There are three categories of Avon Skin So Soft Bug Guard Plus Insect Repellent products:
  1. Bug Guard Plus Picaridin - includes pump spray, aerosol spray, and towelettes
  2. Bug Guard Plus IR3535 Expedition +SPF - includes pump spray and aerosol spray
  3. Bug Guard Plus IR3535 Lotions + SPF30 - includes gentle breeze and cool and fabulous
All Avon Skin So Soft Bug Guard Plus products are DEET-free and they repel mosquitoes, deer-ticks, knats, no-seeums, sand flies and biting midges.  Descriptions of the products in each category are listed in the next section.

Bug Guard Plus Picaridin


Bug Guard Plus Picaridin is available in three forms and provides protection during dawn and dusk when mosquitoes are active the most.  Picaridin has a mild odor and feels light and clean on the skin.  Bug Guard Plus Picaridin products protect against mosquitoes for up to 8 hours.  Picaridin products contain Vitamin E and aloe. However, aloe is not in the Aerosol Spray.


Bug Guard Plus Picaridin Pump Spray


Available in two sizes, 4-ounce and 8-ounce bottles, the Bug Guard Plus Picaridin Pump Spray repels deer ticks for up to 12 hours and mosquitoes for up to 8 hours.

 Benefits.  Repels mosquitoes that may transmit West Nile Virus and deer ticks that may transmit Lyme Disease.  This DEET-free, oil-free mosquito repellent needs to be washed off when going inside from the outdoors and it is dermatologist tested and hypoallergenic.
